When the body corporate of this luxury high rise decided to refresh the building’s shared spaces, everything in those areas had to go, and it had to go quickly without disturbing residences, guests or events.
Wasteman cleared the full scope:

- metal goods
- discontinued and damaged furniture from the outdoor decks and functional spaces
- function spaces
- china and catering materials being replaced
- ageing appliances past their warranty
- Fridges
- Dishwashers
- Microwaves

- Outdoor Heaters
Nothing was left behind, and the areas were handed back spotless.
Wherever possible, materials were given a second life.
White goods, including fridges and dishwashers, were recycled; metals were recovered for recycling, and the china and catering items were sent for crushing and reuse as aggregate instead of landfill.
Our low-clearance trucks accessed the underground car park directly, and our team worked around the building operations from start to finish.
In no time, these common areas were cleared and ready for the new items to be installed.
