When an international business streamlines it business, it is required to make some big changes.
Closing down a distribution centre is not an easy task. When our client called they needed the job done fast. The overhead of keeping a commercial lease that is no longer operational was not viable. They needed it cleared ASAP.
Wasteman came up with a solution to move everything as soon as possible and even swept the warehouse so it was ready to handover.
All the stock piled cardboard packaging was sent to be recycled.
All excess stock was destroyed following product destruction guidelines.
All office furniture donated where possible.
Our client needed the whole warehouse and office cleaned out ASAP!
