A commercial property, that was to be prepared for sale, needed to be entirely emptied.
The project encompassed clearing out the entire building including offices, mechanics workshop, warehouse storage and grounds of all non-fixtures and fittings including:
Total volume – 48 Cubic Meters.
As this project required the removal of dangers materials outside our usual scope of work. Such as all mechanical liquid waste including oils, chemicals etc. and all vehicle tyres.
We performed an accurate stock take upon completion of rubbish removal, and provided a quote for disposal of these items separately, then project managed a specialist subcontractor to take of these for our client.
